Student Payment Records (ESU) is a program that provides orderly records and control of financial funds collected by individual organizational units, and thereby the University of East Sarajevo. The program tracks the collection of student payments based on various study cost bases:
- tuition fees,
- application forms,
- semester enrollment,
- semester lists,
- failed exams upon year renewal,
- exam applications up to three exam attempts,
- fourth and each subsequent exam application,
- index,
- library membership,
- student insurance,
- various certificates during studies,
- application and defense of thesis,
- diploma creation costs for first, second and third cycles,
- promotion costs, etc.
ESU enables automatic import of data from the existing information system. This way, data duplication is reduced, and thus the possibility of making errors. At the end of the student payment recording process, there is payment validation which involves matching payments with statement items obtained by parsing electronic statement files received from banks.
ESU enables generation of various reports by student and by desired time periods, which has avoided great diversity in reporting that was a huge problem for the professional services of the University in consolidating reports for the entire University.
