eStudent – Electronic Application and Enrollment Platform of the University of East Sarajevo

https://estudent.ues.rs.ba/ represents the official electronic platform (eStudent) of the University of East Sarajevo, intended primarily for enrollment candidates and future students.

The system enables online application and part of the enrollment process for first, second and third cycle studies, simplifying the enrollment procedure without the need for physical presence at the faculty in the first phase.

Main purposes and capabilities of the platform:

  • Electronic application of candidates for enrollment (in first and second enrollment period)
  • Filling out the application form and submitting necessary data online
  • Application for entrance exams (where prescribed)
  • Viewing application status and basic enrollment information
  • Support for application to most faculties/academies (except for exceptions, e.g. Medical Faculty Foča, where application is made exclusively in paper form)

The platform is intended for enrollment candidates (high school students, graduated students for master/doctorate) and future students of the University of East Sarajevo. It is used in accordance with published enrollment competitions in each academic year (e.g. applications in June/July and August/September, depending on the period).

System access

  • Available on the homepage are:
    • Login for registered users
    • Creating a new account (registration) for new candidates
  • Registration is performed independently via the „Create an account“ link, after which the application can be submitted.
  • After successful application, candidates are obliged to submit competition documentation physically (during the entrance exam or enrollment).

The platform is part of the broader infrastructure of the University of East Sarajevo and connected to official enrollment competitions (published on www.ues.rs.ba). It serves as the first digital step in the enrollment process, enabling faster and more accessible application from any part of the world.
