e-Mail – Webmail Service of the University of East Sarajevo

https://mail.ues.rs.ba/ represents the official webmail interface of the University of East Sarajevo, which enables access to e-mail via web browser without the need to install additional software.

This service serves for official electronic communication of all members of the university community: students, teaching and non-teaching staff.

Main purposes and capabilities of the platform:

  • Access to personal e-mail account (@ues.rs.ba or similar domains of faculties/organizational units)
  • Reading, sending and managing e-mail (receive, send, reply, forward)
  • Organizing mailbox: folders, labels, filters, message search
  • Working with attachments (files, documents, images)
  • Calendar, contacts and other basic functions depending on implemented webmail client
  • Access from any device with internet connection (computer, tablet, mobile phone)

The platform is intended exclusively for registered users of the University of East Sarajevo:

  • Students (usually @student.ues.rs.ba or similar)
  • Teaching and non-teaching staff (@ues.rs.ba)

System access

  • On the page https://mail.ues.rs.ba/ there is a standard login form for entering username (usually entire e-mail address or only user part) and password.
  • Accounts are created and assigned by the University Computer Center (URC) or home organizational unit upon enrollment/employment.
  • In case of forgotten password, reset is done through support of the home faculty/unit or directly through URC.

The service is part of the broader information infrastructure of the University of East Sarajevo and connected to other platforms (e.g. eUIS, eEmployees, eNIR, eStudent). It is used for official communication: announcements, assignment tasks, sending documents, contact with professors/students etc.
