Student Survey – University of East Sarajevo Quality Evaluation Platform

The main goal of student evaluation is to form students' opinions about the quality of study programs, subjects taught within them, the functioning of organizational units' services, and the pedagogical work of teachers and associates.

The basic method of student evaluation of study quality is surveying, which, as a rule, is conducted as guided group surveying.

Surveying at the University is conducted in electronic form.

The condition for conducting electronic surveys is up-to-date data of organizational units within University Information System (UIS), namely: curriculum plans for all study programs, records of all subjects for all curriculum plans, records of exams by directions and years of study, records of professors and assistants, selection of responsible teachers and associates for subjects, records of student enrollment data for all years of study and directions in the current school year.

The survey questionnaire contains questions (statements), divided by areas of student evaluation, with proposed assessments and answers, and students are also given the opportunity to express their comments, observations, and suggestions by evaluation areas.

Student evaluation results are used for regular monitoring and control of the teaching process quality, as part of the general policy in the field of quality assurance at the University.
