eEmployees – Employee Platform of the University of East Sarajevo

https://ezaposleni.ues.rs.ba/ represents the official web application intended for teaching and non-teaching staff of the University of East Sarajevo. The system enables viewing and management of key data related to work engagement, teaching obligations and academic activities of employees.

Main purposes and capabilities of the platform:

  • Viewing engagements and schedule of obligations
  • Viewing contracts and selected titles
  • Viewing exam periods and teaching units
  • Viewing exam success rates (percentage of passed students)
  • Viewing mobility and other relevant data
  • Entry and finalization of exam grades (with possibility of electronic signing and locking of entry)
  • Activation of two-factor authentication for increased account security
  • Access to the platform from mobile devices (tablets, smartphones) and computers via web browsers

The platform is intended exclusively for registered users – professors, assistants, associates and other staff of the University of East Sarajevo.

System access Access is possible at https://ezaposleni.ues.rs.ba/. Registration is required for use: the user must request an activation link from the application administrator at their home faculty/academy/organizational unit (via e-mail). After activation, login is performed with standard username and password. For additional security, it is recommended to activate two-factor verification (via Google Authenticator application).

In case of problems accessing certain data (e.g. exam success rates or teaching units), it is necessary to contact the human resources department of the home unit, as this data is entered through a separate HR system of the University. Grade entry is performed through records and student applications, and after finalization and signing, grades are locked and cannot be changed.
