eNIR – Scientific Research Work Registry Platform of the University of East Sarajevo

https://enir.ues.rs.ba/ represents the official electronic platform for the scientific research work registry (eNIR) of the University of East Sarajevo. The system was developed for systematic monitoring, registration and management of scientific research activities of employees in scientific and teaching work.

Main purposes and capabilities of the platform:

  • Registration and login of scientific workers (researchers)
  • Management of personal data and scientific research profile
  • Entry and registry of scientific publications, papers, projects and other research results
  • Generation of reports on scientific research activity (individual and summary)
  • Public viewing of the list of researchers and their basic data (titles, organizational unit, contact)
  • Support for different user profiles: Visitor (public access), Researcher (registered users) and Administrator
  • Access to system usage instructions (available in PDF format)

The platform is intended primarily for scientific workers, teaching staff and researchers of the University of East Sarajevo, as well as administrators who manage the data. The public part of the system allows viewing basic information without login, while for data entry and management, registration and login are required.

Registration is performed independently via the link on the page, after which the user can enter and update their scientific research data. The system is part of the broader digital infrastructure of the University and connected to other services.
