Evidence of student fees (ESU) is a program that provides accurate records and control of financial resources that are collected at the University of East Sarajevo. The program tracks students collect payments on various grounds costs of studying:

• school fees,
• registration form,
• semester enrollment,
• semester sheet form,
• Exams that are not passed on the renewal of entry,
• Applications for examinations up to three taking the exam,
• Applications for examinations four and more,
• student index,
• Membership in the library,
• insurance of the student,
• various certificates during the studies,
• Application for taking the diploma thesis,
• costs of making diplomas,
• promotion costs, etc..

ESU allows you to automatically import data from existing information systems. Duplication of data and the possibility of making mistakes is greatly reduced. At the end of the process there is a validation of the payment that includes the pairing payments with paragraphs statement that was obtained by parsing the obtained electronic bank statements.

ESU allows making various reports by the student and the desired time period, which is is avoided a great diversity of reporting, which was a huge problem to professional services of the University to consolidate reports for the entire University.
